Mitchell" /> <ul> <li>developmental disAbilities, chronic conditions, and/or special needs who are experiencing the effects of intellectual disAbilities</li><li>Co-morbid behavioral, psychiatric, or mental health disAbilities including, but not limited to, psychoses, the schizophrenias, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, adjustment and anxiety disorders, and other related conditions. <br /> <li>Older adults who are experiencing the effects of dementia (such as Alzheimer s or multi infarct dementia), Pick s Disease, and other related degenerative cognitive disorders. <br /> </li> <li>We also serve older adults who are diagnosed with associated psychiatric disorders such as depression and anxiety. <br /> </li> <li>We offer services to people with physical health conditions such as increased discomfort, pain, and decreased mobility and strength. <br /> </li> <li>Lastly, we also offer services to persons with multiple sclerosis, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy. and other associated diagnoses </li> </ul> &#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;We also provide individualized services to persons with multiple sclerosis, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and other related diagnoses. <br /> <br /> <h1>How does RecCare administer TR services?</h1> <img src="images/reccare_thumb5.gif" width="150" height="190" align="right" alt="RecCare, Inc. is an award-winning community-based, free-standing private agency founded and run by Dr. Lynda L. Mitchell" /> <br /> &#160;&#160; &#160; &#160; &#160;&#160;Typically, after we meet with the client and a member of the client&rsquo;s family and a decision is made to move forward with TR services, our therapist generates a clinical assessment which shapes the foundation of care (the &quot;care plan&quot;). The care plan is then followed (and/or revised, as needed) with the prescribed therapeutic interventions and support services.
